*       Patrolling: 24-hour crime prevention motorised patrols in area

*       Direct access to control room and patrol officer during emergencies. Control room less than two kilometres away from client’s premises

*       Monitor the all access roads to the residence through CCTV cameras from control room

*       Monitored patrolling: Four visits to client’s property per day and four per night during high crime risk periods or as requested by client. Visits are electronically monitored and client provided with a monthly report. This service is an extension of, and therefore includes the normal patrolling service (see item. 3)

*       Person (student) to stay in residence during clients absence

*       Informed daily about crime statistics, trends and patterns in area through SMS, e-mail or Website

*       Security risk assessment based on the clients’ profile, physical lay out of premises and buildings, security measures, electronic security hardware and crime risk and vulnerability intelligence

*       Recording and storage of data of clients’ movable property on secure system if required for insurance claims or police records

*       View CCTV camera footage of own property through secure network

*       Installation of surveillance camera(s)

*       Off-site monitoring of surveillance camera(s) footage from All Inclusive Residential Security’s control room

*       Evaluation of current alarm monitoring system

*       Installation or upgrade of a residential monitoring alarm system

*       Non-response service clients’ alarm linked to All Inclusive Residential Security’s monitoring system. Inform non-clients only when alarm is activated during their absence

*       Safe accompanying by guard during arrival at home

*       Guarding and access control at residence per hour Hourly, 12-hour shift or longer periods

*       When a crime has occurred, compile statements on behalf of client

*       Safekeeping of computer data

*       Receipt of parcels at the All Inclusive Residential Security office on behalf of clients, during their absence

*       Short term insurance (arranged with broker)
